压滤机群控与手机移动终端远程控制设计与实现

Design and Realization of Remote Control of Filter Press Chain and Mobile Terminal

摘要: 针对寺河选煤厂尾煤车间压滤机工作过程完全由工人手动操作,现对压滤机进行升级改造。通过主站与从站的控制方式来实现压滤机的自动生产与群控。主站与从站PLC之间,PLC与上位机之间通过Datalin智能网关实现了数据的WiFi传输,工程师能对PLC进行远程调控。同时通过Android移动终端经WebService的方式实现了对远程数据库的访问。测试结果表明压滤机能自动进行工作,同时工作人员通过手机客户端能远程对压滤机进行监测与控制,系统能有效降低工人劳动强度,实现尾煤车间的减人提效。

Abstract: For the Sihe Coal Preparation Plant tailings workshop filter press work completely by the workers manually, now on the filter press to upgrade. Through the master station and the way from the station to achieve automatic filter press production and group control. Between the master station and the slave PLC, between the PLC and the host computer through the Datalin intelligent gateway to achieve the data WiFi transmission, engineers can remotely control the PLC. At the same time through the Android mobile terminal by way of WebService to achieve access to the remote database. The test results show that the filter press can work automatically, and the staff can remotely monitor and control the filter press through the mobile phone client. The system can effectively reduce the labor intensity of the workers and realize the improvement of the tailings workshop.
